The hotel staff was friendly. I found their assistance acceptable.
I was disappointed with my room given the high price. The WiFi cables were loose on the floor. This looked untidy. The bathroom lacked A/C, so it got uncomfortably warm.

the wooden door leads to a wonderful spanish patio. the room was furnished well and spacious. breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit). the service for hiring a car was efficient and helpful.
the air conditioning unit was old, it had limited cooling power for such a large room.

the staff was friendly. jose offered a lovely welcome. bruno was helpful when we spoke with him. the decor provided a relaxing environment.
i think i got unlucky with the room. some of the finish felt untidy. lamp and tv cables were loose on the floor. the room wasnt fully dark because of the bright blue light from the wifi box.
