really good stay
spanish patio spacious room efficient service helpful service
the wooden door leads to a wonderful spanish patio. the room was furnished well and spacious. breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit). the service for hiring a car was efficient and helpful.
the air conditioning unit was old, it had limited cooling power for such a large room.

the hotel is in the heart of the city. it offers very convenient access to many local attractions. guests can easily explore the surrounding area on foot (everything is close).

the suite included spa access, a very pleasant addition. the decoration felt elegant. the room was always kept meticulously clean by housekeeping staff .

some minor issues but overall a good stay
friendly staff lovely welcome relaxing environment untidy finish loose cable blue light
the staff was friendly. jose offered a lovely welcome. bruno was helpful when we spoke with him. the decor provided a relaxing environment.
i think i got unlucky with the room. some of the finish felt untidy. lamp and tv cables were loose on the floor. the room wasnt fully dark because of the bright blue light from the wifi box.
